Less than 5 minutes from the centre of Chablis,
Manoir des Roches is set in 2 acres of garden with the
millrace to the front of the house and the river beyond, attracting a
variety of birdlife including herons, kingfishers and woodpeckers.
The quiet location is wonderful and very relaxing. We feel sure that we
will be able to share with you some of the gems of our corner of
Burgundy in order for you to make the most of your stay in Chablis. Our
interests in art and antiques creates a relaxing and enjoyable
ambiance for our guests. Our rooms are light and spacious with
comfortable beds and each room is individually decorated with style and
flair. We are able to offer secure parking for several vehicles, and we
also have the facility of a large garage, which you are welcome to use
for the storage of cycles or motorcycles. There is a large garden with
many shady areas for you to sit and enjoy a book or a glass of wine.
Guests delight in our 'special breakfasts' which
are complemented by homemade confitures and 'gateau maison'. Whether
you are seeking a short break for two or more people, or celebrating
something special - birthday or anniversary - you will be made most
welcome.
